Varsity and JV: Three days of tryouts begin Monday, August 3rd, 8:00am – 12:00pm.
Freshmen: Three days of tryouts begin Monday, August 3rd, 10:00am – 12:00pm.
Once teams are selected, practice will remain 8:00am – 12:00pm Monday – Saturday for Varsity and JV.
Freshmen practice will be Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 12:00pm.
Beginning August 12th, Varsity and JV practice will be held 3:00pm – 6:30pm and Freshmen practice will be 3:00pm – 5:30pm.
All prospective players are expected to be registered and at tryouts on the day they begin. If you have an unavoidable conflict, you must contact Coach Shapiro, in advance.

All prospective players are highly recommended to come to the summer strength and conditioning hours, Monday – Thursday from 9am – 11am, beginning July 6th. Additional workout/competition information will be distributed in the weight room and/or on Remind when they are scheduled.
