Baseball: 11th-12th graders meet in the Wrestling room at 4:30pm-6:00pm. 8th-10th graders meet at BARCROFT at 8pm-9:45.

Softball: Meet Wrestling room at 6:00pm-8:30pm.

Boys Soccer: 9th-10th graders meet in cafeteria 4pm.  11th-12th graders start Thursday in cafeteria 4pm. Practice 5:00pm-6:30pm

Girls Soccer: Meet in stadium at 3:15pm, be ready to start at 3:30pm until 5:00pm.  Bring water.

Girls Lacrosse: Meet at 6:15pm in the stadium, be stretched and ready to start at 6:30pm until 8:00pm

Boys Lacrosse: Meet at 7:45pm in the stadium, ready to start at 8:00pm until 9:30pm.

Girls Tennis: Meet at tennis courts at Quincy at 3:30pm until 5:30pm.

Boys Tennis: Meet at tennis courts at Quincy at 3:30pm until 5:30pm.

Track and Field: Meet on track at 3:30pm until 5:30pm.

Crew: Meet in cafeteria at 3:30pm until 5:30pm.
